Program Submission Form

Use this form to submit active programs! The information provided on this form will be made available on the Programming Resources page for other residents to use in implementing this program in their own hall! Remember to include as much detail as possible when filling out the various sections!

Before submitting your program, check the programming resources page to see if it has already been submitted. Halls will receive 1 spirit point for every program they submit that is added to the Programming Resources Page!

Remember, other people will use this information to bring this program back to their hall so please include as much detail as possible!
