Guidelines for Residence Halls

Residence Hall Co-sponsorships with RHA

Read the below specification to see if the program that is being submitted for co-sponsorship meets all guidelines. If it does follow the timeline below to submit a co-sponsorship.

  • Program must be open to and accessible to all residents living on campus

  • Must be submitting for a maximum of $1,500 from RHA

  • A representative for the program must present to RHA General Body at least three weeks prior to program

  • A representative for the program must present at a second RHA General Body following the presentation to answer questions and be present for the vote on the co-sponsorship

  • Online form submission must occur the prior to 5:00 PM Arizona time the Monday prior to General Body presentation date

  • Online form submission must include a brief allocated budget for the program 

  • Online form submission must include a advertisement for the program with the RHA logo properly used

    • Logo use information or questions can be directed to the Director of Marketing at: salvaggio@life.arizona.edu

  • A appointment must be made with the Director of Business Administration, Keely to follow up, within three weeks (21 days) after the event. This includes submitting all receipts in person and a spreadsheet with a detailed budget breakdown. 

Policies & Regulations:

If you do not follow up with the Director of Business Administration within three weeks of the event, and do not turn in all receipts, your organization or residence hall will NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM your funds. There will be no exceptions made in this policy.

The right to a co-sponsorship may be terminated at the discretion of the RHA General Body, the RHA Executive Board, the RHA President, and the RHA Director of Business Administration.
