Financial Co-Sponsorship

If you are interested in hosting a campus wide event which specifically caters to residents living on campus, RHA can help fund your event. Your event must be available for ALL RESIDENTS living on campus, and your advertisements must have the RHA logo clearly displayed. For more information, please see the form which is linked below, or contact Erin Thede, VP of Business Administration, (thede@life.arizona.edu).

Forms should be turned in to Erin Thede via email on the Sunday at 11:59pm prior to desired General Body presentation date.

The deadline for Co-Sponsorship requests is TBD.

**Please NOTE: There have been changes in the co-sponsorship process. Outside organizations (non-residence halls) can now only request up to half of their budget, and only up to $500. The policy for fall semester was up to $1,000, but for spring it will be $500. Additionally, outside organizations must include an invoice when submitting their co-sponsorship request. A sample invoice is below. **
